User Data Deletion

Kembo is operated by ByteStronauts, Slovenia. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data we process when you use Sign in with Facebook, Google, or Apple through an app that uses Kembo.

What data Kembo may store

When you sign in through Kembo, we may store identifiers such as your name, email address, profile picture URL, sign-in provider (for example Facebook), and provider user ID. This data is stored on behalf of the app developer whose application you used.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Kembo-held sign-in data:

  1. Email info@bytestronauts.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us which sign-in provider and app you used).
  2. Include the name of the mobile app you signed into and that you want your Kembo authentication data deleted.
  3. We will verify your request and delete or anonymize the data within 30 days, unless we must retain it for legal obligations.

Facebook Login users

If you signed in with Facebook through an app that uses Kembo, you can also remove Kembo's access to your Facebook data from your Facebook settings: Settings → Security and login → Apps and websites, then remove the Kembo app. To delete data already stored by Kembo, still contact contact@bytestronauts.com as described above.

App developers

If you are a Kembo dashboard user and need to delete end-user data for your project, sign in to your Kembo dashboard or contact contact@bytestronauts.com.
