These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Kembo. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service

Kembo provides authentication infrastructure for mobile applications, including dashboard tools, APIs, and SDKs. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
• You must keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Kembo for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass security controls
• Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of data you submit to Kembo. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide the service. Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

Kembo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kembo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using Kembo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued service poses risk to Kembo or other users.
